The Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recently announced its 2015 awards recipients. Among the honorees was Lisa Franzen-Castle, assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences, who was named NAND's Emerging Leader. Prior to her role in NHS, she was a registered dietitian and extension specialist for Nebraska Extension serving in the Nebraska Panhandle. Congratulations to Dr. Franzen-Castle.
