Quilt House Hosts 'Friday Live'

NET Radio’s “Friday Live” will broadcast from the International Quilt Study Center & Museum at Quilt House today from 9-10 a.m. The program will feature music along with arts and humanities news.

NET Radio’s Genevieve Randall will talk with Executive Director Leslie Levy and Curator of Collections Carolyn Ducey about the museum’s expansive new gallery and two new exhibitions: "Getting to Know You" and "Ambiguity & Enigma: Recent Quilts by Michael James." Artist Michael James will also be a guest during the show.

The public is invited to this free event. Complimentary coffee and refreshments will be served beginning at 8:30 a.m. For those who are unable to attend, “Friday Live” can also be heard on NET Radio 91.1 FM or via the NET Radio Nebraska App. Viewers can also watch the event on television on NET World (NET2) or via a webcast at netNebraska.org/radio.
