· February 13th: UNOPA General Meeting and Brown Bag Luncheon, 11:30am-1:00pm. Dr. Karen Kassebaum, Director of Staff Diversity and Inclusion will present “OUCH! That Stereotype HURTS!”, a program that is a system wide requirement of the University of Nebraska. All four campuses, including the leadership teams, have participated in this video-based training. · February 20th: Jan Deeds will present Bystander Intervention at the Nebraska Union. This will take place over the lunch, 11:30am-1:00pm. More details to follow.
· March 13th: UNOPA General Meeting and Brown Bag Luncheon in the Nebraska Union Heritage Room 11:30am-1:00pm. The topic of this meeting is Social Media, and the guest speaker is Gary Kebbel.
· March 19th: Scott Stemper from Region V Systems will give a presentation on Suicide Prevention. This brown bag workshop will be held over lunch (11:30am-1:00pm) at the Nebraska East Union. More details to follow.
