Lauren Gatti, associate professor in TLTE, has been invited to be a visiting scholar at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, October 17-29. In this visiting scholar role, she and her colleague Paula McAvoy (North Carolina State) will conduct public lectures, professional development workshops and university seminars on their current book project "Just Teacher: Ethical Dilemmas in the Profession of Teaching." Gatti will also be presenting lectures and seminars from her recent book "Toward a Framework of Resources for Learning to Teach: Rethinking U.S. Teacher Preparation" published by Palgrave Macmillan (2016).
