We are excited to announce that Tylee Hanson has been named the CEHS Director of Field Experience and will join the college on August 1st. A native of Chadron, NE, Tylee brings 20 years of educational experience to the position.
After six years as an elementary teacher and two as an elementary assistant principal in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Tylee returned to Nebraska in 2007. She joined Omaha Public Schools as an assistant principal at Wakonda Elementary for three years before serving as Principal at Castelar Elementary and most recently at Rose Hill Elementary.
Tylee brings a high level of instructional expertise, connections across the state and country, and an energy and enthusiasm for working with teacher candidates, all of which will positively impact our students. We look forward to welcoming Tylee to the CEHS family and the Lincoln community!
