In our continued efforts to provide you with the most up to date news regarding important information about the business operations of the college, the Business Center has created a newsletter called “In the Spotlight.”

We seek to provide you with the information you need as it arises in order to help you successfully navigate through the College and the University as a whole. These emails will include updates like new or changed business operations affecting Faculty and Staff, updated forms (including travel, reimbursements, and hiring), and general information to help you manage your responsibilities.

SAP Index

The CEHS Business Center began sending financial reports by email through a new monthly reporting system for all WBS and Cost Center reports called SAP Index. During the first week of each month, the reports will be generated and disbursed by email. Continue reading…

ESS Time

Electronic time sheets will soon be available for all hourly employees through Firefly. The college is implementing ESS Time with a rolled out approach. We will be starting with the CEHS Dean’s Office, TLTE and NHS. Continue reading…
