
Customer service is the focus of the next Professional Development Opportunity, Thursday, Nov. 14 from 10:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. in the College of Business Room HLH 202. Renae Prieto, training and development manager for the State of Nebraska is the presenter. Lunch is provided. Register by Nov. 7 at link below.
In higher education we serve many people, including students, parents, faculty, staff, industry and alumni to mention a few. This course will provide practical solutions to common customer service challenges, as well as explore the many benefits that providing exceptional customers service realizes.

We have scheduled the day so people working on Scott campus can take the 9:30am and 1:30pm shuttles.
