The Engineering and Computing Education Core is excited to offer two more teaching-focused workshops this spring for faculty and graduate students:
Session 2: Inclusive Teaching: Strategies for College Courses
Friday, March 13, noon-1 p.m., Nebraska Hall W181A & PKI 150
How are you responding to issues of diversity and inclusion in your courses? We all want our classrooms to be inviting places that promote a sense of belonging for our students.
Session 3: CATME - An Educational tool for Creating Better Teams in Your Course
Friday, April 3, noon-1 p.m., Nebraska Hall W181A & PKI 150
CATME prepares students to function effectively in teams and supports faculty as they manage their students’ team experiences. This tool allows the instructor to create teams and run peer evaluations.
