After many signatures were inscribed on the final steal beam, it was raised into place during the Aug. 26 Topping Out ceremony.

The College of Engineering celebrated the Topping Out of the new Link on City Campus Aug. 26 as the final steel beam was raised and put into place, ending the framing work of its $75 million Phase 1 facilities project.
