There will be elevators renovation work starting April 19 as follows:
1. SEC freight elevator- Starting April 19 for approximately 6 weeks. The elevator will be out of commission for that entire duration.
2. SEC passenger elevator (NW side of SEC) - Starting May 31 for approximately 4 weeks. It was decided to do this work second so spring semester will be complete. There will not be ADA access to the third floor of SEC during this entire duration, so the only occupants allowed on the third floor must be paid staff, to comply with ADA accessibility requirements.
3. Nebraska Hall traction elevator (west side of the building) - Starting June 28 for approximately 8 weeks. During this time, faculty, staff, and students will need to use the elevator on the east side of the building.
