Justin Bradley, assistant professor of computer science and engineering, received a five-year NSF Faculty Early Career Development Program grant to give drones and other robots the ability to sense and adapt to a changing environment, and prioritize their work.
Jayde McWilliams, coordinator of student development in the College of Engineering, has earned the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's 2021 Outstanding Contribution to the Status of Women Award. It is reserved for individuals whose efforts create a climate that encourages women to succeed on campus.
