Please note that the schedule for the College of Engineering N-E Ride now features four departure times from Othmer Hall (City Campus) and PKI (Scott Campus). Also, riders using the shuttle system are required to use TripShot to reserve a seat and board the shuttle.
Buses depart Othmer and PKI at 7:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday when classes are in session. For more information about the schedule, visit the N-E Ride homepage (link below).
To streamline the N-E Ride shuttle system, riders must now use the new TripShot reservation and boarding system to book their travel and board the shuttle. You can make a reservation via the TripShot app, any time prior to the bus leaving its location – even a minute before – if there is a seat available.
The TripShot app will provide users with real-time shuttle tracking, trip planning/reservation capabilities, and notifications/alerts sent directly to your device! It can be downloaded from your device’s app store (iOS or Android), or by logging on to the web browser (https://unl.tripshot.com/).
With the application, users can sign up for the N-E Ride TripShot system using the Service Name “UNL” with your university email domain (unl.edu, unomaha.edu, unmc.edu, etc.).
For how-to video tutorials, visit the N-E Ride homepage (link below).
