Wednesday is last day to participate in college climate survey

Your participation is sought for the College of Engineering 2021 Climate Survey, which is open through Wednesday, Nov. 24. Results of this survey will be used by the COE Council on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to identify areas of strength in the college and ways for improvement.

Because of a technical delay, the survey due date has been extended to Wednesday, Nov. 24. The survey will likely take 30-40 minutes to complete. If needed, you can start the survey at one time and then finish later, by using the same link in this email. If you have trouble accessing the survey, please contact me.

To take the survey, check your email for a Climate Survey link or contact Markeya Peteranetz - peteranetz@unl.edu - to receive a link.

A few reminders:

  • Your participation in this climate survey is completely voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions you do not wish to answer.
  • All of your responses will be kept strictly confidential. I, Markeya Peteranetz, am the only person who will have access to the raw data. If you have questions about the survey and how the data will be used, you can visit the FAQ page - https://engineering.unl.edu/ecec/climate-survey-faq/ - or email me (peteranetz@unl.edu).
  • If you complete the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of 25 coupons to the engineering E-store worth $20.
  • The two departments that have the highest faculty and staff response rates will earn coffee and pastries during the week of Nov 29.
