This semester COE DEI Council launched a series of lunchtime learning sessions for faculty and staff to study various diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) fundamentals together. This is an effort in response to one of the outcomes of the climate survey – https://engineering.unl.edu/climate-survey-report-and-recommendations/ – conducted last fall, i.e., to improve general knowledge and culture of DEI in the COE community.
