Last year, the College of Engineering conducted a qualitative study concerning the overall climate and culture, including insights into diversity, equity and inclusion. After analyzing the results of the study and to continue work to foster a more inclusive environment, Hanover Research will be conducting in-depth, 30-minute telephone interviews with some faculty and staff.
Hanover's team will be reaching out beginning August 28; those choosing to participate on a strictly volunteer basis will remain anonymous to the college and only non-identifiable information will be included in the interview results.
