The Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network and Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Women are co-hosting the event – “The Power of Husker Women: A Night of Celebration” – at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, March 7 at the AKRS Champions Club, west of Memorial Stadium.
Open to faculty, staff, students, and alumni, the event includes a performance by Boots & Cats, an award presentation by Chancellor Rodney Bennett, and a panel discussion featuring Olympic gold medalist and 2008 Nebraska graduate Jordan Larson, Dean Tiffany Heng-Moss (’95, ’97, ’00), Colleen Jones, D.B.A., and Katie Nieland (’08, ’20).
