The COE Inclusive Excellence Lunch & Learn series provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to come together over lunch and explore topics related to inclusive excellence. This initiative stems from the Fall 2021 climate survey, which highlighted the need to enhance knowledge and culture of inclusive excellence within the COE community. Since its launch in Fall 2022, the series has welcomed over 300 participants, representing more than 100 unique individuals.

As we conclude this semester's Inclusive Excellence Lunch & Learn series, the COE Inclusive Excellence Council is actively planning sessions for Spring 2025. We welcome your suggestions for future topics; please email me your ideas at your earliest convenience. Details about the Spring 2025 sessions will be shared at the beginning of the new year.

Thanks,
Yusong Li,
Associate Dean for Faculty and Inclusion
