W-2 season is quickly approaching and keeping this information current ensures timely delivery of your important year-end tax documents.
Employees are encouraged to enroll in electronic W-2 delivery through Firefly. Electronic enrollment provides faster and more secure access to W-2s, allowing employees to receive their forms promptly when preparing 2025 tax filings.
Employees who do not elect electronic W-2 delivery, or who are no longer employed by the University, will have a paper copy mailed to the permanent address listed in SAP. Please confirm your address is accurate to avoid delays in receiving your W-2.
