New VC for research and economic development has engineering roots
Robert "Bob" Wilhelm has been named Nebraska's next vice chancellor for research and economic development.
Bob Wilhelm, chosen two weeks ago as the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s next vice chancellor for research and economic development, is an engineering professor and veteran administrator with experience building regional and national research partnerships. He is slated to start May 15.
