KEYNOTE PRESENTATION
“Being Intentional about Diversity and Inclusion”

Jason Wilkinson is the chief technology officer at Firespring. Firespring provides printing, marketing, software and strategic guidance to brands, businesses, and nonprofits. For more than 20 years, Jason has helped Firespring build its business while making an impact in the community. Recently named one of the Best For The World by B Labs, a nonprofit that serves a global movement of people using business as a force for good, Firespring is intent on taking its impact to another level. The company is now beginning a journey to significantly increase the diversity of its Nebraska-based staff, and intends to be a beacon for inclusion in Lincoln. Jason will tell you why Firespring started this journey, what the company's accomplished so far, and where it plans to go from here.
