The Office of TRIO is seeking an undergraduate student to support TRIO Programs' approximately 100+ IT elements including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners etc.
An ideal candidate must be comfortable working in Microsoft Windows environment. Programming knowledge is preferred.
Soft skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, strong desire to help others
Tech skills: Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues, familiarity with popular Microsoft Windows applications
Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Hours: 20 Hours
