Are you interested in learning more about brain-controlled computers for communication and their application to clinical practice? The Augmentative and Alternative Communication Lab is looking for an independent student with a background in computer science and engineering (or equivalent) to assist with the set up and implementation of brain-computer interface (BCI) software.
Duties will include: BCI2000 installation and set-up, learning BCI200 navigation, pilot data collection, communicating with BCI engineers, and support of general lab projects regarding BCI translation.
Experience related to Git repository, Python-PsychoPy, MATLAB, C, digital signal processing, and machine learning is preferred.
The position will begin later this spring (if possible) with responsibilities being primarily over the summer semester for approximately 10 hours/week.
