Graduate students have the opportunity to receive an earned letter grade or choose a “Pass/No Pass” (P/NP) option for courses taken in the Spring 2020 semester. Students must consult with their major advisor about any possible consequences for employment, certification, licensure, admission to graduate/professional schools, or other circumstances that might be affected by choosing the P/NP option.

Students have until Friday, May 29, 2020 to switch a graduate course from a letter grade to P/NP.

These changes, along with reminders about existing university policy for graduate course grading are posted on the Graduate Studies COVID-19 website.
