In this session, First Gen students will learn about the concept of self-advocacy and identify ways in which they can advocate for themselves on the job. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re well into your career journey, it is important to make sure your voice is heard so you can amplify your accomplishments and get the help you need to improve on the job.
