The College of Arts and Sciences is now accepting applications for the first CAS Graduate Student Writing Retreat (September 15-19).
CAS invites graduate students from all disciplines and programs in the college seeks a balance of students from the sciences, social sciences, and humanities. The goals are to help students develop effective strategies for writing practice and to encourage graduate students across disciplines to learn from one another in a community of writers.
The retreat will be held at the university's Cedar Point Biological Station near Ogallala. This is a beautiful location with outstanding facilities for the retreat. The meals and kitchen service are excellent.
