Wilson and Company is an engineering and architecture firm with eighteen locations in eleven states with over 450 employees. Founded in 1932, the company focuses on engineering, architecture, mapping, surveying, environmental, and planning projects.

Interns work in one of three locations: McPherson College, Kansas; Rio Grande High School, New Mexico; or Rose Hill, Kansas. They work on new fields, public facilities, stadiums, sports complexes, press boxes, ticket booths, and sports lighting.

Internship requirements include excellent writing and verbal communication skills, working well in a team, involvement in extracurricular activities, self-motivation, and either currently being enrolled in university or having graduated within the past six months. The company's internships offer a great opportunity for full-time employment. Previous interns include the Vice President (Survey Operations Manager and Shareholder) and one of Wilson and Company's current civil engineers.
