Attend the Career Fairs
While the Fairs are not specifically for first-generation students, it is great way to find internships, build your networks and explore careers that you may not even know exist. View a full listing of events which start the second week of February.

Make Your Voice Heard
Apply to be a representative of the First-Generation Nebraska (FGN) Advisory Board. The FGN Board—comprised of faculty, staff and students—develops, implements and assesses FGN programs and events. The Board meets three times a semester during the academic year and the summer as needed. Applications are due February 23. Apply here.
