A chilled water upgrade will temporarily close a stretch of Stadium Drive. The project began March 4 and is expected to continue through April 1.
The project will block vehicle traffic on Stadium Drive immediately north of T Street (between South Memorial Stadium and the Stadium Drive Parking Garage) through early April. An alternative route around the work area will be open for pedestrians. Nearby parking meters on T Street (across from Richards Hall) will also be unavailable.
During the closure, a standalone chiller used to cool Stadium Driving Parking Garage offices will be removed and the facility will be connected to the university’s chilled water system.
