
Fifteen graduating seniors, including computer science major Eli Schoneweis, have completed the requirements to graduate from the University Honors Program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
To earn University Honors, students must maintain at least a 3.5 grade-point average and fulfill specific curricular requirements. To earn High University Honors, students must fulfill curricular requirements, complete an Honors senior project and earn a 3.5-3.749 cumulative GPA. To earn Highest University Honors, students must fulfill curricular requirements, complete an Honors senior project and earn a 3.75 or higher cumulative GPA.
“These students have achieved outstanding levels of success in their undergraduate careers,” said Tyler White, faculty director of the Honors Program. “We are excited to see what the future holds for each of them as they begin their next endeavors.”
