The Office of Research and Innovation (R&I) is offering an opportunity to undergraduates through the Nebraska Research Enterprise Apprenticeship Program (NREAP). This undergraduate apprenticeship program focuses on training future research administrators to learn about the business side of research and innovation. NREAP is now recruiting for its next cohort of apprentices.

Major components of this program include training apprentices on the seven pillars of Research Enterprise (research development, research administration, research compliance, research finance, research communications, project management, and technology transfer), spending up to three semesters working within a specific unit, and additional opportunities for career development. Apprentices will be paid $19/hour and all training is paid.
