On Monday, February 3 in room 225 of the Union, students can sign up for mock interviews. This event will feature 30-minute interview time slots students can sign up for to practice and receive feedback. Interview slots are limited so it’s encouraged that students sign up at Husker Hire Link. Students can get a great feel for an initial screening interview regardless of which organization they sign up to meet with. Subscription to Husker Hire Link and a resume is required for sign-up, and students must sign up for a mock interview in advance via Husker Hire Link.
This year features the most employer volunteers to ever sign up, resulting in a total of 108 interview slots. Employers understand that this day is established for students to practice their interviewing skills prior to the spring career fairs later in the semester. However, there have been instances where students have been asked for a true follow up interview.
