CSE graduate student Beau Christ recently was awarded the UNL College of Engineering Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award. This award is given each year to a College of Engineering graduate student in recognition of their ability to teach undergraduates in all types of settings and situations.
Awards are given on the basis of 1) demonstrating excellence in the classroom, laboratory or studio; 2) description of innovative and creative teaching techniques, technologies and methods; 3) interest in professional development as a teacher.
Beau was selected by a committee of College of Engineering faculty and Dean Tim Wei.
