The Office of TRIO Programs is seeking an undergraduate student worker. TRIO IT Support is a small team responsible for approximately 100+ IT elements including desktops, laptops, palmtops, printers, scanners, etc.
An ideal candidate must be comfortable working in Microsoft Windows environment and a know-how of Active Directory, LDAP, Computer Networking is a plus. Programming knowledge is preferred.
Office: Canfield Administration Building, next to City Union
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, strong desire to help others
Technical skills: Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues, familiarity with popular Microsoft Windows applications
Salary: $08.75 - $10.00 per hour based on skill-set
Hours: 20 Hours fall & spring, 30-40 hours summer
