Additional Security for Direct Deposit

An added layer of security has been implemented to protect your personal direct deposit information within Firefly Employee Self Service (ESS). In order to view or change your Bank Information (which includes direct deposits to your account) you must be on a computer connected to your secure campus/college network. Typically this will be from your campus work location.

This security will reduce the risk we face from external phishing schemes designed to compromise employee credentials and use those credentials to remotely log into your Firefly account. The additional security applies only to Bank Information, other Firefly applications are unaffected.

If there are circumstances that require you to view or change Bank Information from a remote location, please contact your campus/college help desk for assistance.
