Reports To: Chief Information and Technology Officer

Summary: Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and information technology systems by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems and participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
2. Implement and maintains policies and goals that support the organization’s IT needs.
3. Ensures proper functioning of the information processing system and oversees necessary upgrades.
4. Helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency.
5. Ensures computer equipment, hardware, and software are updated to meet organizational needs.
6. Effectively works with peers, team members and other departments.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
