The Herman Student Life Complex is currently looking for tutors for a variety of courses, including CSCE 100.
Tutoring in the SLC is a paid position and the hours are flexible. Tutors are required to be at least junior standing with at least a 3.0 overall GPA. Graduate students are also eligible if they are not on a .5 FTE (full appointment).
All appointments take place in our facility on the west side of Memorial Stadium. Undergraduate tutors are paid $10 an hour. In addition, the program is certified by the College Reading and Learning Association’s International Tutor Training Program Certification and tutors have the opportunity to become individually certified.
