Assurity Life is seeking a full or part time web design intern to join its marketing team at its corporate office in Lincoln.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the design, development, and updating of websites, emails, and social media pages
• Assist in the creation of web communications and social media posts that support our brand
standards
• Assist in the maintenance and updating of webpage content
• Utilize quantitative skills to analyze and summarize data, formulate findings and provide
recommendations
• Conduct market research and data entry
• Collaborate with team members to create, execute, measure and refine long-term strategy
focused on growth
• Bring your own unique point of view and energy to the team
Qualifications
• A current student (undergraduate) or recent graduate studying marketing, communications, or a related field
• Self-starter who can take initiative and demonstrate ability to multi-tasking
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of the basic principles of responsive web design, a big plus
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
This is a paid internship that would require about 10-15 hours a week.
