PenLink has two part-time positions available: a Quality Assurance Analyst and an IT Help Desk Technician.
The part-time Quality Assurance Analyst position will learn and execute the testing of PenLink’s software products and ensure that the software is functioning properly. The IT Help Desk Technician will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues from employees related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
