Are you a high school teacher who is currently teaching a second course in algebra (e.g., Intermediate Algebra, Algebra II, Integrated Math III or the equivalent)?

If so, a team of researchers, led by Jennifer L. Green, Ph.D., associate professor of mathematics education at Michigan State University, is seeking respondents to an online survey who will share experiences and beliefs about teaching statistics in intermediate algebra courses. This survey will ask you about criteria for participation, your curricular emphases in a second course in algebra, the use of simulation when teaching statistics content, your beliefs about the teaching, learning, and assessment of statistics in a second course in algebra, characteristics of your course, and demographic information.

The survey will take you approximately 30 minutes to finish. The first eligible participant to complete the survey will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. After that, every 10th eligible participant who completes the survey up until the 400th eligible participant will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old, a current high school teacher in the United States, and currently teaching an Intermediate algebra course in high school.
