A unique opportunity for stakeholders in mathematics education is coming to UNL. On Friday, March 11, award-winning film producer George Csicsery, well known for his classic documentary "N is a Number: A Portrait of Paul Erdos," and several other documentaries* about mathematicians and mathematics, will be in Lincoln for the release of his newest film, "Navajo Math Circles." The release is part of the 2016 Vision Maker Film Festival on the UNL campus, March 11-13.

While in Lincoln, Csicsery has agreed to give a presentation that will include highlights from his new movie, an informal question and answer session, and special guest, Stephan "Buddy" Joe, one of the Navajo students featured in the film. We hope that you can join us for this special event.
