In engineering, we have students participating in paid undergraduate research, going on study abroad programs, competing in national competitions, and working in the industry as paid interns. With one of the highest starting salaries and best placement percentages on the UNL campus, engineering is a fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding career that I would encourage anyone who wants to make a difference in the world to consider.
For students interested in transferring into our program at semester, cumulative college GPAs must be a 2.5 or higher and students entering must be ready for Calculus I (MATH 106).
