Architectural Engineering Ph.D. student Sungmin Yoon won 1st place best paper award in the PKI 2016 Student Research and Capstone Conference, which was held on April 29. The winning paper was entitled “Autonomous in-situ Sensor Calibration in Building Systems Using Bayesian Inference”. Yoon conducts research under the direction of faculty advisor Dr. Yuebin Yu.
