Sign up for COVID-19 vaccines on April 20 at City Campus Coliseum

From Chancellor Ronnie D. Green:

In support of our efforts to protect our UNL community against the threat of COVID-19, the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) will be hosting a vaccination clinic on City Campus on Tuesday, April 20.

The clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Coliseum, 1350 Vine St. Free parking will be provided in the lots directly east of Memorial Stadium, with overflow parking in the parking garage at 14th St. and Avery Ave.

The clinic is open to all UNL students, faculty and staff who have not yet been vaccinated. Use the link below to register for Tuesday’s clinic; you will receive an email from LLCHD to sign up for an appointment. Students age 18 or younger will receive instructions on how to provide the necessary parental authorization and an invitation to sign up for an appointment.

The Tuesday clinic will also be open for walk-in appointments for anyone age 19 or older with a valid NCard.

The clinic will utilize the Pfizer vaccine, which requires a second dose to be administered approximately 21 days after the first dose. An on-campus vaccine clinic to provide the second dose will be held the week of May 10. If you need to extend on-campus housing accommodations to receive your second dose, email COVID19@unl.edu and we will work with you to extend your housing at no cost.

In addition, free food and refreshments will be provided during the clinic on the East Stadium plaza to any student with a COVID-19 vaccination card and valid NUID.
