Since its founding in 1975, NSBE has become one of the largest student run organizations in the nation with over 30,000 members and 500 chapter’s worldwide. NSBE consists of six regions, both domestically and internationally. Our chapter is part of Region 5. We have aligned the vision of our chapter with the mission of NSBE:
“To increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.”
We are working to develop programs that promote awareness of minority engineers and scientists and ameliorate the educational experiences of our members. We invite you to join us.
