UNL College of Engineering students can ride one of two N-E Ride shuttles - one leaving from Othmer Hall (Lincoln City Campus) and one leaving from PKI (Omaha) – through the end of Finals Week.
The service will be on hiatus over the summer – May 6 through August 21 – but will resume on the first day of Fall Semester classes – Monday, August 22.
Shuttles leave from Othmer Hall (Lincoln City Campus) and from the Peter Kiewit Institute and University of Nebraska Medical Center (Omaha) every two hours. The first shuttle will depart from Othmer and PKI at 8 a.m.; the last shuttle will depart from those two locations at 6 p.m.
No registration is required for this service and free Wi-Fi is provided.
The N-E Ride free shuttle service between Lincoln and Omaha will run on weekdays that UNL is in session during the Fall and Spring Semesters.
