Due to popular demand, beginning Friday, Sept. 23, the College of Engineering is increasing its N-E Ride shuttle service between Lincoln and Omaha by introducing a 21-passenger minibus for certain routes.

The changes in the schedule include:

* Fridays: We will run 21-passenger minibuses all day from both campuses.

* Mondays: A 21-passenger minibus will make one trip to Lincoln from PKI at 8 a.m. The rest of the day's routes will be on 11-passenger vans.

* Thursdays: The 21-passenger minibus will run at 6 p.m. from Lincoln.

Nebraska Engineering students can ride one of two shuttles - one leaving from Othmer Hall (Lincoln City Campus) and one leaving from Scott Campus (PKI-Omaha) every two hours on weekdays.

The first shuttle will depart each location at 8 a.m.; the last shuttle will depart at 6 p.m.

No registration is required for this service and free Wi-Fi is provided.
