Engineers Without Borders will host its 4th Annual Run/Walk & Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, April 15 at Chalco Hills in Omaha (8901, S. 154th St.).
Money raised will help fund the group’s trip to Madagascar to help install solar panels at a school and to replace a conduction line that brings water from the mountains to the village of Kianjavato.
Run/Walk participants can register online (link below) at Chalco Hills from 8:15-8:45 a.m. the day of the event. The Run/Walk begins with runners leaving at 9 a.m. and walkers starting at 9:15 a.m.
Entry fees are $30 for adults, $20 for students (ages 12-26 with ID) and $5 for children ages 3-12. Children under 3 years old are free.
Tickets are $10 for those interested in only attending the pancake breakfast, which is provided by The Pancake Man.
