Krause, Pannier selected as co-winners of Tau Beta Pi Distinguished Teaching Awards

Congratulations to Gary Krause (left), associate professor of civil engineering, and Angela Pannier, associate professor of biological systems engineering, who were chosen co-winners of the 2017 Tau Beta Pi Distinguished Teaching Award. Both received trophies and a $1,000 award.

Lincoln Study Stops

Study Stops every Monday-Thursday.(LNK) Study Stops run 7-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday in the Engineering Library’s Olsson Room (Neb. Hall W204) through the end of April. Study Stops are open to all UNL students. Tutoring is offered in engineering courses and the general calculus, chemistry and physics sequence required for engineers. Continue reading…

NESCO is accepting online membership applications.(OMA) The Nebraska Engineering Student Council at Omaha (NESCO), which represents the Scott Campus student body in the College of Engineering, is taking applications for the 2017-18 school year. Interested students should fill out an online application (link below) and schedule an interview.

Omaha Study Stops

Study Stops every Monday-Thursday.(OMA) Engineering Study Stops can provide help with sophomore-level engineering classes and first- and second-year courses in math, chemistry and physics. Hours are 6:30-9:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays in PKI 108 and Wednesdays in PKI 150 and Tuesdays from 12:30-3:30 p.m. in PKI 108.
