Urban Engineers is seeking talented college students studying an academic discipline related to the built environment (including, but not limited to, engineering, architecture, design, construction, real estate, environmental studies, etc.) to compete in the Excellence Magazine Student Article Competition.
Students are invited to create a pitch for an article relating to the theme of Rebuild/Restore for a chance to win a $500 scholarship and have their article published in the 12th volume of Excellence.
Submissions are due Friday (Jan. 12), with the winner announced later in the month.
Here’s how to enter: send a 250-word pitch with supporting mood board and/or ideas for supporting graphics and imagery depicting your Rebuild/Restore article for Excellence Magazine to Corey Fenwick at chfenwick@urbanengineers.com or mail to Attn: Corey Fenwick, Urban Engineers, Inc., 530 Walnut St., 7th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Jan. 19 and received by Jan. 22 to be eligible.
Students who are enrolled at the time of entry in any related academic program offered at a school that has received an Official Contest Invitation are eligible to enter.
