UNO's Dec. 17 Commencement (post 2 weeks)
The December commencement ceremony will take place on Saturday, Dec. 17, in the UNO Fieldhouse.
In order to better serve the campus community, UNO will hold two ceremonies beginning at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The 10 a.m. ceremony will involve graduates of the Colleges of Education, Engineering (UNL), Arts & Sciences, and Communication, Fine Arts and Media. The 2 p.m. ceremony will include the Colleges of Business Administration, Information Science and Technology, Public Affairs and Community Service and Education & Human Services (UNL). A reception will be held following each ceremony in the Milo Bail Student Center Ballroom.
Field house doors open at 8 a.m. for the 10 a.m. ceremony and noon for the 2 p.m. ceremony. Students will line up in HPER 128 and Faculty by the HPER Maverick Café area. Platform Party will assemble in HPER 143.
Anyone attending commencement and who also needs to rent regalia should contact the UNO Bookstore at 402.554.3879 as soon as possible.
